We are pleased that you will be participating in the 38th Annual Harrisburg Sevens Rugby Tournament on June 29th. Below is information about the event.

A Few House Keeping Items

DAUPHIN COUNTY TECHNICAL SCHOOL
• This year’s tournament will be held at Dauphin County Technical School – 6001 Locust Lane, Harrisburg, PA 17109
• Dauphin County Technical School is gracious enough to let us use their property for this year’s tournament. All normal laws and ordinances are enforceable. This is a school located within walking distance of the local community – please be respectful to the school grounds and surrounding areas.

NO CAMPING
• There will be ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPING at this year’s tournament. You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here. Please check our Tournament Accommodations page for local hotels and campgrounds. Sorry for any inconvenience!

NO FIRES, CHARCOAL or GAS GRILLS
• Don’t be stupid

NO DOGS
• As result of some people bringing dogs in past years and not cleaning up after their dog’s act of defecation, the Harrisburg Rugby Football Club Tournament Committee no longer allows dogs at the tournament, so leave them at home.

TOURNAMENT TRAINER
• We will have a free trainer available for all tournament participants this year. You must bring your own tape and other supplies. Plan ahead – give yourself enough time to be taped up before your matches.

PARKING
• Will be restricted to designated parking areas, so be sure to look for signs to avoid parking in a restricted area.

TOURNAMENT FEE MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO PLAYING FIRST MATCH OF THEY DAY – NO EXCEPTIONS!

8:00am – Women’s team captains meeting (HRFC Main Tent)
8:00am – Men’s team captains meeting (HRFC Main Tent)
8:15am – National Anthem (HRFC Main Tent)
8:20am – Opening Kickoff (ALL fields)
2:00pm – Youth Rugby Exhibition (WHITE field)
4:40pm – Men’s Consolation (WHITE field)
5:00pm – Women’s Finals (WHITE field)
5:20pm – Men’s Finals (WHITE field)
5:40pm – Awards Ceremony (HRFC Main Tent)

MANDATORY CIPP INFORMATION
• ALL players on your roster MUST BE CIPP’d before playing in the Harrisburg 7s Rugby Tournament!

MANDATORY RELEASE / ROSTER FORMS
• Must be filled out in advance of first game, PRIOR TO PLAYING FIRST MATCH OF THEY DAY – NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Please use the roster which may be filled out digitally HERE. One for each team entered. Roster limit twelve (12) per side entered. Under tournament rules players must stay with team they are rostered on throughout competition unless captain of opposing side consents in advance to roster amendment.
• TEAM SCORE SHEETS can be downloaded HERE. These are great for keeping track of match scoring.

FOOD & SWAG
• HRFC will be selling water, powerade, and fruit throughout the day
• A food truck on-site selling food midway through the tournament day
• Steamroller Rugby Supply will be on-site selling swag through the tournament day
