We are holding our Annual General Meeting on Sunday, August 9th at 11am virtually. It is your duty as a member to attend these meetings to be “in the know” about what is going on with the club, what events are happening and to have your voice heard via voting on topics that may arise during the meeting! Hope to see you there!

We hope everyone can attend, families are welcome.

The increased frequency of work day requests is a sign that we are making great progress! We really appreciate everyone’s flexibility and commitment in getting the work done when it needs to be done.
I also want to give a thank you and shout out to two outstanding club members, Mike Bressi and Wade Edris, who have answered every call to action and have been onsite every day that we have needed them. BE LIKE MIKE (AND WADE)!!
Thank you,
Julie
We have a call to arms for the whole club this coming Saturday September 5th and, if we don’t get enough done, the following Saturday September 12th.
The contractors are building the 1:1 wall on the railroad side of the complex and we need to supply labor to staple the Geotex material in place for every foot of height. This is a time consuming exercise so we need a minimum 30 people with mallets/hammers and a rake to be on-site.
The timing is based on the contractor’s schedule and the need is because there is no more money in the pot. If you want this field to happen, we need everyone, men, women, old boys, and supporters, to step up and show up.
When: This Saturday, September 5
Where: HRFC new complex
Time: 8AM start
What Needed: Mallets/Hammers, Rake, Sunscreen, Hat & Work Boots
How Many: Minimum 30 heads, no maximum.
SIGN UP HERE, or let Eric Kovac or Julie George know if you are able to help.
